April ’19 Newsletter

From the Desk of Leslie Marlar, April ’19

For those of you who are local, S.T.A.R. Guild astrology study group meets at 6 pm at the Cocoa library at 308 Forrest Ave on Tuesday, April 23rd in room 3. We will discuss the charts of more Supreme Court Justices, and start looking at charts of great, altruistic people. We will also start to look at important transits & aspects in our own charts.

Last month we looked at our Venus project, the Full Moon chart of the astrological year, the chart of the Mueller report, and the charts of Justices Elana Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor. So far, our 4 studied Justices have Mercury with Uranus, both in the same sign, or in mutal reception. That means they are smart. The Full Moon of the new year shows focus on relationships, troubled men and industrious women, unusual events, trouble for children and entertainers, and more bizarre events. See my guild report on my site for details.

Last month a number of events happened.
Representative Omar was asked to apologize for comments about Jews. Statements were made prior to this date and controversy has happened since. Mars in Taurus squaring the U.S. Moon is probably the cause of the turmoil.
The chart for the tornado in Beauregard, Alabama shows the Cancer Ascendant squaring unexpected Uranus, the Moon square troublesome Mars, and Saturn and Pluto in the 7th house, showing storms on the horizon.

Our deficit is up 77%. This debt trouble is ongoing and we have Saturn & Pluto passing slowly through the 8th house of the U.S. Chart; this is the house of lending and borrowing and these planets are reality checks.

The chart of the Ethiopian air crash of a Boeing 737 shows the Moon with unexpected Uranus, difficult Saturn and Pluto at the top of the chart. And Venus is square Mars, showing deaths of innocents.

The “varsity blues” FBI probe exposed cheating by the wealthy to get their kids into good colleges. When we learned about this, the Sun was squaring Jupiter in Sagittarius, the higher education planet and sign.

The New Zealand shooting chart had Venus square Mars showing deaths of innocents. Gemini was rising and opposing Jupiter, the religious planet, in shooting sign Sagittarius. They were shot in mosques, while at prayer. The Moon was in Cancer moving toward opposing Saturn and Pluto in the 8th house, the death house.

Trump made his first veto of resolutions to keep him from funding the border wall. The Moon was in the domestic, protective sign Cancer. Our country has a Cancer Sun.

From mid-month there were terribly destructive flooded rivers in the Midwest coming from melting snow and rain. The Sun and Mercury were in Pisces and Mars was strongly squaring our U.S. chart Moon. Mercury stays in Pisces until mid-April.
The Mueller report was sent to Justice at 4:45 pm on March 22nd. And it was noted that there were no further indictments. Mars is at the top of the chart showing us looking at trouble at the top. This chart and Trump have the same MC. So, in Trump’s chart, Mars is currently at the top of his chart. This sounds problematic for him, but, Mars as one of his personal planets, shows him at the top of his game. Uranus in Taurus is high in both charts and makes us wonder what the maeaning of the unpredictable planet in an importanat place is. We do have a piece of data. When the IG report came out in June of ’18, Uranus was in this same place and it was the DOJ & FBI that took a hit. The IG has 3 more reports to make.
The Barr letter to congress summarizing the Mueller report came out and both this and the Muller report event have Mercury next to Neptune in water sign, Pisces that is ruled by Neptune. Neptune can represent disguises and Mercury in Pisces is like looking into water, where there are distortions and sometimes mysteries to discover.
This murky water Mercury with Neptune in Pisces is also in effect with the Smollet case dropping and it was in effect when the claims by Smollette first came about. We could also use the word bizarre for reactions to both some of the the political events and the Smollette case. Jussie has Mercury oppose Uranus and Mercury opposing Neptune by sign. And his Sun opposes Neptune. He’s an actor, that’s Neptune.
Avenatti has been aressted and he is deceptive; that’s Neptune again. Some people wanted him to run for president – how bizarre!

In April:
Mercury and Venus in Pisces with Neptune requires us to be clear thinking and seeing. And this is wet.
Planets passing through Aries square Saturn and Pluto suggests that we should behave sensibly to avoid unneccessary loss.
Mars in Gemini requires us to take care with speech and while in motion. Since it opposes Jupiter, I can hear the rules breaking.
In week 4, the Sun is with Uranus and brings surprises.
Fairly good days in April are: 1, 6, 7, 8 until evening, 13, 14, 20, 23 & 28 until evening.

I’ll be doing astrology readings at Aquarian Dreams in Indialantic on April 20th from 10:30 until 4:30.
